While American Drone Solutions LLC will do our best to accommodate your request, be aware that drone flights can be limited by FAA regulations and weather conditions.
If your request is beyond American Drone Solutions LLC abilities or the laws of drone flight, you will be informed as soon as possible.
Be aware that a request may have to be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or other conditions not suitable for flying.
This can include, but isn’t limited to, rain, high winds, occupied airspace (emergency helicopters, TFR etc.) or visibility issues (fog).
Flying at night and over people is allowed in certain situations and requires written consent.
American Drone Solutions LLC currently can fly at night, but will not fly over large crowds (sporting events, concerts etc.).
Please include in your request if there is a chance your request will might require flying over people.
American Drone Solutions LLC will provide release forms if required.
It is recommended that the requester or an informed individual be present during the drone mission, but is not required.
American Drone Solutions LLC will provide a consent form if you chose to not be present.
All requests for services which are of public property requires written consent.
American Drone Solutions LLC will provide release forms.
At least a two (2) week notice for a request for services is required.
Cancellations for any reason must be at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled mission by phone to 609 377-0102 or in writing to [email protected].
Cancellation after 72 hours will result in forfeiture of deposit.
